Driftwood's twelve
log-style cabins, originally built in 1935, are nestled along the shoreline of Minnesota's best walleye lake, Kabetogama
in Voyageurs National Park. These are
modern housekeeping cabins with beautiful hardwood floors and great views
of the lake. (See the resort map on the
Cabins page.)
For family fun, Driftwood
offers Norwegian golf, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and a recreation room in the lodge . Also
available are amenities such as lake maps, postcards, frozen pizzas, ice
cream, candy, pop, ice, T-shirts, sweatshirts and souvenir items. The harbor area
has a free paddleboat, canoe, minnow races and bean bag toss. The whole camp enjoys a potluck picnic dinner every
Wednesday. Driftwood provides hamburgers, hotdogs, plates, napkins and utensils;
guests are invited to bring a dish to pass.
